The Khalsa Diagnostic Lab infrastructure includes a laboratory (2000 sq. ft.) in the extension building for Postgraduate students. Khalsa Diagnostic lab conducts tests on the blood, urine, stool and biopsy samples.

The laboratory is well-equipped with instruments such as: 

• Cell counter (Mindray BC5850).
• Afinion to check the sugar level.
• Electrolyte Analyser
• ELISA, Bactec 9050 for blood culture.
• Biochemical analyser (Erba).

KDL is well-ventilated and fully air-conditioned.
